The Founding Members

Bolawa is a business development professional working across energy, mining, infrastructure, and agriculture. He currently manages a portfolio of investments for an industrial conglomerate operating across Africa, Europe, and Asia, with a focus on originating and developing large-scale ventures that drive industrial growth. He began his career in investment banking and equity research. He also oversees entrepreneurial interests in real estate and industrial recycling. Outside of work, Bolawa is a keen polo player and art collector. He holds degrees from the University of Oxford and the University of Edinburgh.

Fisayo is a multifaceted lawyer who attended Harrow between 2009 and 2014 (Rendalls). He went on to further studies at the University of Exeter (LLB) and Buckingham (LLM). He is currently a Legal Advisor at South Atlantic Petroleum Limited and a co-founder of Ancore, a sports consultancy based in Lagos, Nigeria. Outside of work, Fisayo is an avid sports fan with a strong interest in music and history.

Toluwalase is a business development professional working across the global energy and commodities sectors. He currently leads Africa-focused initiatives for a leading lithium and battery manufacturing group, where his work spans critical minerals, energy storage, and industrial development across Africa and Europe. Previously, he held roles in corporate strategy within financial markets infrastructure and professional sports organisations. Toluwalase lives between Lisbon, Portugal, and Lagos, Nigeria, and maintains a strong interest in sports, media, energy, and philosophy with a particular passion for initiatives that foster leadership, innovation, and community.

Khalil is a data and infrastructure engineer with a strong foundation in technology and engineering. He works with airline and loyalty data for one of the world's leading aviation holding companies. Khalil holds an MEng degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Edinburgh and is currently studying for his MBA at Imperial Business School. Based in London, Khalil maintains a keen interest in sports, particularly football, along with a passion for the arts and all things community, leadership, and education development.
